Guitar tab, generated from the recording

SheetMuse works out the tab from the song itself and lines it up with the audio, so you can see the position while you hear the part. No hunting through comment threads for a version someone got right.

Fingering that makes sense on the neck

A note can be played in several places on a guitar, and the wrong choice makes a simple line unplayable. SheetMuse picks positions as a path through the whole phrase rather than note by note, so the shapes stay under your hand.

Tab that moves with the music

The tab scrolls with the recording, so you always know where you are in the song. Pair it with the guitar stem muted and you are playing the part rather than reading about it.

Loop the bar you keep missing

Set a loop around the two seconds that are actually hard and play them at half speed until they stick, rather than restarting the song from the top every time.

Bass too

The same approach drives four-string bass tab, with positions chosen for the way a bass line actually moves around the neck.
